We firmly believe that the right merchandise is not only based on price, but a combination of quality of product, best value, and reliability of service from our approved supplier chain.

We operate responsible supply chain management & compliance. We vet all our suppliers, looking mainly to work with factories which are ISO 9001 certified for quality or operate a similar quality management system. We carry out due diligence and new suppliers must demonstrate their compliance with our business policies, and where necessary are subject to factory audits and product testing. We are fully compliant with all UK & EU required business ethical, environmental and sustainability regulations. All products are compliant with relevant safety standards and legislation and certification to prove this is available upon request.

In 2015 we were proud to achieve both ISO 9001 Quality Management standard and ISO 14001 Environmental Management standard certifications. These certifications enable us to demonstrate to our clients a comprehensive programme of quality assurance and environmental management for the business systems. We follow a strict order process procedure as part of our ISO 9001 Quality Management certification and can provide full details of our procedures upon request.

We are also one of the select few companies to be awarded British Promotional Merchandise Association (BPMA) charter status. To achieve this accreditation, we must adhere to the BPMA Charter Code of Practice and provide detailed, documented evidence of customer service and quality procedures within our business.

We use the industry’s leading management software system, Promotional Office, a world leading software solution for our complete business management system to ensure a quality service. The system offers full reporting, content management, and ordering processing tools.
